Apparently, Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey ran off and got married after a month of dating. I am not going to hate on them, I’d just like to say, “Congrats to the attractive couple!” I’ve always loved the idea of eloping.

Speaking of weddings, I am going to be in the wedding of a good friend of mine. She is getting married on Sunday. I really lucked out because she is all about taste and I have a totally re-wearable bridesmaid’s dress. Meaning, I don’t have to wait until prom to wear it again. It is an empire waist chocolate colored dress with a satin finish by To the Max. It is knee length, and I get to choose my shoes and accessories. Bravo to my friend for having the bridesmaids add thier own touches to their outfits! It really brings out our personalities and styles. J Crew and BCBG also makes a line of dresses that are bridesmaid friendly and re-wearable.

Spring weddings are beautiful and this one will be at a restaurant called Eve.
