Your Poolside Pally.
Remaining stylish by poolside can remain a daunting task because so much can go wrong. Bathing suit traumas, tan line fiascos, hair mishaps, and perhaps a perfect pedicure gone haywire at the last minute. Designer Rachel Pally, however, has a bright spring line that makes lounging in the sun effortless. I love her simple, sexy designs — extremely no hassle with flattering draping.
She offers the coveted lengthening dresses ala Foxy Brown 1960’s but in bold colors rather than busy prints. This look is especially chic of the week when paired with one of Eugenia Kim’s funky large fedoras. It’s totally vixen on vacay. Make sure to put it on as the sun goes down.
To complete the look all the way down to your toes, splash on a shade of royal blue.
Need to show off those legs? Just go shorter with a cute pair of colorful peek-a-boo bikini bottoms under your dress. Slip on your oversized shades and you’re good to go. I hear Ray Ban is making a comeback. Scour your local thrift store for the first runs before shedding dolla dolla bills on a new pair.
